Andrée & Michel Hirlet

Gentil Bonhomme

By the early 1990s the Hirlet had adopted the use of unexpected colours in ceramic to achieve what is now their main and distinguished signature. Through its play of strong enamels association, this sculpture represents their singular ability to create innovative and exquisitely balanced poetic composition of colours.
